Board View

Adding Looker Studio Embed for monday to Your Board View:

1. Install the Looker Studio Embed for monday app from http://monday.com/marketplace.
2. Navigate to an existing monday board or create a new one.
3. Click 'Add View'.
4. Search for and select the Looker Studio Embed for monday app.
5. From your Lookerwebsite, copy the link by following the process below
   1. Click on the dropdown button next to 'Share.'
   2. Select 'Embed report' from the dropdown menu.
   3. Ensure the following options are selected:
      • Enable embedding
      • Show report navigation in embed mode
      • Embed URL
6. Return to monday.com and open the Looker Studio Embed for monday app
7. Paste the copied URL into the designated field.
8. The selected Looker Report will now appear on your Board View.

Item and Subitem View

Adding Looker Studio Embed for monday to your Item or Subitem View

1. Install the Looker Studio Embed for monday app from http://monday.com/marketplace.
2. Navigate to an existing monday board or create a new one.
3. Click on one of the items or subitems on your board
4. Click 'Add View'
5. Search for and select the Looker Studio Embed for monday app.
6. From your Lookerwebsite, copy the link by following the process below
   1. Click on the dropdown button next to 'Share.'
   2. Select 'Embed report' from the dropdown menu.
   3. Ensure the following options are selected:
      • Enable embedding
      • Show report navigation in embed mode
      • Embed URL
7. Return to monday.com and open the Looker Studio Embed for monday app
8. Paste the copied URL into the designated field.
9. The selected Looker Report will now appear on your Item or Subitem.

Dashboard View

Adding Looker Studio Embed for monday as a Dashboard Widget

1. Install the Looker Studio Embed for monday app from http://monday.com/marketplace.
2. Navigate to an existing monday dashboard or create a new one.
3. Click 'Add Widget'
4. Click on 'More Widgets'
5. Navigate to Installed appsand click on the Looker Studio Embed for monday app
6. From your Lookerwebsite, copy the link by following the process below
   1. Click on the dropdown button next to 'Share.'
   2. Select 'Embed report' from the dropdown menu.
   3. Ensure the following options are selected:
      • Enable embedding
      • Show report navigation in embed mode
      • Embed URL
7. Return to monday.com and open the Looker Studio Embed for monday app
8. Paste the copied URL into the designated field.
9. The selected Looker Report will now appear as a Dashboard Widget.

To Change the URL, Width, or Height of a Looker App:

1. Hover over the Looker Studio Embed for monday app and click the 'Edit' icon located in the top right corner.
2. Input boxes will appear below the video.
3. Enter the new URL, width, or height in the respective fields.
4. Your changes will be applied immediately.
