Board View

Adding Workspace Admin Toolkit to Your Board View:

1. Install the Workspace Admin Toolkit app from the monday.com Marketplace.
2. Navigate to any board.
3. Click Add View.
4. Search for Workspace Admin Toolkit.
5. Select the app.
6. The interface will open inside the board.

What you can do in Board View:

• Run bulk column operations (add, rename, delete columns)
• Copy board structure from one board to multiple boards
• Select multiple boards and preview changes before execution
• View per-board success and failure results

Dashboard View

Adding as a Dashboard Widget:

1. Navigate to your monday.com Dashboard.
2. Click Add Widget → Apps.
3. Search for Workspace Admin Toolkit.
4. Add the widget and configure workspace selection.
5. Save changes.

Operation History

After executing any bulk operation, the app records the action in Operation History. You can export CSV reports for compliance tracking and share with authorized admins.

Important Notes

• Links only work for users with proper admin permissions.
• Users must have access to the selected boards.
• The app does not expose data to unauthorized users.
