Data Retention and Deletion

Retention Period
Stored authentication tokens and configuration data are retained only while the integration remains active. When the integration is disconnected or access is revoked, associated authentication credentials and configuration data are securely deleted within 30 days.
How to Request Deletion
Users may revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the integration. Requests for data deletion can also be made by contacting our support team.
Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
Google Sheet for monday.com’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide the synchronisation features requested by the user within the application.
Google user data is not:
- Sold to third parties.
- Used for advertising or marketing.
- Used to develop, improve, or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Shared with unauthorised third parties.
Access to Google user data is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested functionality and to maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Data Security
Google OAuth credentials are transmitted over secure encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. Google user data is processed solely for the functionality requested by the user.

User Control and Revoking Access
Users can revoke Google Sheet for monday.com’s access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings. Once access is revoked, the application can no longer read or update Google Sheets on the user’s behalf. Any stored authentication tokens are invalidated, and users may contact support if they require assistance with account disconnection or data deletion.

Users may request deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified request, associated authentication tokens and any stored integration configuration related to the user will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
